We are dedicated to improving lives by removing barriers to employment, learning, and volunteering, empowering individuals to pursue meaningful and lasting opportunities. Additionally, we partner with businesses to create inclusive, thriving workplaces and support recruitment efforts by connecting them with our network of untapped talent.

We exist to improve people’s mental health, reduce poverty and encourage community integration by supporting individuals from disadvantaged groups into employment, volunteering, and learning opportunities. By bridging these gaps, we aim to improve people’s overall well-being by helping them to discover and fulfil their real purpose

At Real Purpose, we help people find work they enjoy and care about. We look at your whole life - what you're good at, what you like to do, and what matters to you. We then support you to find a job, learn new skills, or volunteer in a role that brings you fulfilment.

Help to find a range of employment opportunities for individuals looking to find paid work, including CV writing and interview coaching.
Education and Training
Support to access education and training opportunities to develop new skills and qualifications. Including support to access apprenticeships, and online courses.
Volunteering Opportunities
Advice and guidance around volunteering opportunities, making new connections, and giving back to the community.
