Loughborough Work & Skills

A weekly Employment Clinic offering personalised support to help people with mental ill health, ADHD or who are autistic - find and thrive in work, volunteering, or learning opportunities.

We help people find opportunities which can in turn improve their lives and have benefits to their confidence, social connection, mental and financial health.

We are experienced in providing support to individuals who have lived experience of mental ill health and/or are autistic and/or have ADHD, to find and sustain paid employment or access volunteering and learning opportunities.  â€‹

This project will run as a weekly Employment Clinic where an adviser will provide one-to-one information, advice, guidance and support around employment, volunteering and learning/training at the Careers & Enterprise Hub in Loughborough. â€‹We’ll also stay in touch with those who move into work, offering advice and in-work support to help you settle in and succeed.
