Led by our Founding Director and Employment Adviser, with over 25 years of experience in both employment and mental health, our training is unique in its depth and approach. We believe in interactive, discussion-based learning, ensuring that participants gain a good understanding of mental health while engaging in meaningful conversations.

The Clinical Model: Understanding various mental health diagnoses and the clinical approaches to treatment.
Exploring factors that contribute to mental ill health.
The Recovery Models: Gaining insights into clinical recovery and personal recovery, including the CHIME Recovery Framework.
An overview of Common Mental Health Problems and the terms Neurosis, Psychosis and Personality Disorder.
Different treatments of mental health problems including medication, talking therapies and alternative therapies.
How to help yourself and others to find mental health support when needed.
