For funders & commissioners
Working with funders to improve access to work, volunteering and learning
Real Purpose works with funders and commissioners to deliver programmes that respond to local needs across Leicestershire.
Our programmes help people build confidence, develop skills and access paid work, volunteering and learning opportunities. We also provide in-work support to help people remain in employment.
We measure and report on outcomes so funders can see what their funding has achieved.

Proven delivery model
Community-based, one-to-one support that addresses barriers to employment, volunteering and learning, backed by outcomes data from previous funded programmes.
Strong local partnerships
We work with NHS services, local councils, charities and community organisations across Leicestershire to improve access to support and deliver programmes that respond to local needs.
Specialist experience
Nearly 30 years' combined experience supporting people who have mental health problems, are autistic and/or have ADHD, including those facing long-term unemployment and other barriers to employment.
Transparent reporting
We measure and report on employment, volunteering and learning outcomes, improvements in confidence and wellbeing, and sustained employment. Supported by participant feedback, case studies and testimonials.
"What a transformation... In their words, 'they helped me to find myself again'."
