Harborough Employment Support Programme
The Harborough Employment Support Programme helps adults living in the Harborough district of Leicestershire who have mental health problems, are autistic and/or have ADHD to move towards employment, volunteering, learning and training opportunities.
Through one-to-one sessions, we’ll work with you to understand your goals, explore opportunities and provide practical support to help you take your next steps.

Who it's for
This programme is for adults living in the Harborough district of Leicestershire who meet one or more of the following criteria:

Have mental health problems
-
Are autistic
-
Have ADHD
What you'll gain

Support shaped around your goals, including exploring work, volunteering, learning and training opportunities

Practical support with CVs, applications and interviews
-
Ongoing in-work support as you settle into your new role
Getting started
You can self-refer, or be referred by a carer, GP, Work Coach, social prescriber or other professional.
Please note that these sessions are available to residents of the Harborough district of Leicestershire who are aged 18 or over and meet one or more of the following criteria:

Have ADHD
If you do not meet the above criteria, please still get in touch at info@realpurpose.uk and we will try to signpost you to alternative support.
If you are referring someone on their behalf, please ensure you have their consent before completing the referral form.
