Bell Foundry Enterprise, Employment & Volunteering Project
1-2-1 support for residents living in the Bell Foundry People Zone (Hastings Ward, Loughborough) who want support with finding work, volunteering or starting a business.
The Bell Foundry Enterprise, Employment & Volunteering (BEEV) Project is a 12-month initiative, running until April 2026, designed to support residents in accessing employment, enterprise, and volunteering opportunities.
Whether you're looking to develop new skills, gain confidence, or take the next step towards employment or self-employment, BEEV offers practical support through weekly advice sessions, mentoring, and training.

Funded by People Zones (the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner), BEEV is built on the strengths of the community. By providing tailored guidance and training local community coaches, the project creates lasting opportunities, helping residents achieve financial stability, improve wellbeing, and build a stronger, more connected Bell Foundry.
